I would like to tell everyone how GREAT Sandia Aria FCU is. Best Credit Union I've ever had!!!👍👍. The employees there are very helpful! I can't say how much I appreciate them. Candelaria and Montgomery banks are OMG, WONDERFUL. You really need to check them out and find out for yourselves! You'll be glad you did. Try them you'll LOVE. them and you'll never want to go any where else!!!!! Number 1 Credit Union ever!!! #1 +++++++++±+±+++++++++++++++!!

Recently purchased an RV with financing thru Sandia Area Federal Credit Union. I couldn't have done it without my Loan Officer Maria Salazar. She turned what could potentially have been a painful process into a pleasure. It was great to work with a friendly professional such as Maria. Decent loan rates even though everyone has gone up lately. They have new practices that make getting loans a process but I have been getting loans for years

After moving to Albuquerque six months ago, I found that continuing with my bank in New York was inconvenient. So I looked around and found SAFCU. I was impressed by the interest rates so I went in to the office. Omar was very capable, explained everything well and the paperwork to open accounts was easy. The office was pleasant and clean and all the people in the lobby were cheerful. I believe I made a very good choice.

DO NOT BANK WITH THESE PEOPLE! I was warned by friends in the banksphere that Sandia was a bad company but I didn't listen, and now I'm paying for it, literally. Massively unhelpful depending who you get that day. One day they can help, the next they chastize you for wasting their time, the next they make up fees to charge. Go anywhere but here, they've been a nightmare to deal with in the 6 months I've been involved with them. One month after they claim to have "fixed" the issue, what do you know, they didn't, and are trying to charge me an extra $2000 still. You call one person who claims to help, then a month later, NOPE. Awful website as well, I think only NMB&T has a worse website.

Maria Salazar provides excellent customer service. She assisted me by providing notary services and in the past, scheduled me to obtain Medallion certification required on my documents. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, her Supervisor should acknowledge he Superb Performance!!!!!
